Cancellations
Your appointments are very important to us here at Glam Beauty Northampton and are reserved especially for you. We do, however, understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary but we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Please understand that, as a new beauty salon in Northampton, if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we may miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list end up missing out the opportunity to receive our services.
If you can’t make it for your appointment and you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice, we will need to take a 50% deposit for the next appointment you book with us.
